We are committed to providing our customers with a quality product. From receiving the print to shipping the product, we continue to meet or exceed our customers expectations. Inspections are performed on incoming material, during manufacturing, and a final inspection is performed before the product is shipped. We operate under ISO-9000 guidelines (although we are not registered as yet) and strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of customer satisfaction.

Customer relations

We take pride in our relationship with our customers, remaining in close contact with them throughout the manufacturing process. Should any questions or discrepancies arise, they are addressed immediately and resolved before parts are manufactured. When you call, a person answers the phone and can usually answer your questions.
